Schedule:

- Check-In Begins: 1:00 PM

- Swiss Play: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

- Single Elimination: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM

* Event Registration Deadline: Thursday, March 19 @ 11:59 PM ET

Tournament Structure:

Swiss Rounds 

- The tournament begins with five (5) rounds of Swiss play. During Swiss rounds:

-> Each match is played as a Best-of-3 series

-> 15-minute time limit per game

-> At the conclusion of the five Swiss rounds, players are ranked based on their match results and tournament tiebreakers

Top Cut (Single Elimination)

- After Swiss rounds conclude, the Top 16 players advance to a single elimination bracket. During Top Cut:

-> Each match is played as a Best-of-3 series

-> The loser of each match is eliminated from the tournament

-> 20-minute time limit per game

Third Place Match

- The two players eliminated in the Top Cut semifinal round will compete in a Third Place Match to determine third and fourth place standings in the tournament.

-> Each match is played as a Best-of-3 series

-> 25-minute time limit per game

Final Showdown (Championship Match)

- The Top 2 players compete in the Championship Match to determine the tournament winner.

-> Each match is played as a Best-of-3 series

-> 25-minute time limit per game

Points (VeeFriends Play Network):

- Participation: 1 Point

- Match Win: 2 Points

2026 TCG Season Overview:

Leaderboard points toward the 2026 VeeFriends TCG Championship can only be earned at three official VeeFriends-hosted qualifier tournaments:

- Texas Meet-Up: March

- San Diego Comic-Con : July

- The National Sports Collectors Convention : Late July / Early August

Additional tournament details will be announced mid-April. Championship Event (October - Location TBD).
